I am working with a well-known organisation located in Blackpool looking for a Head of HR to join their team and lead the people strategy.

This role will involve all the generalist duties as well as various projects and change management. Great role for someone who has a couple of years advisory experience - CIPD 5/7 preferable

Providing advice and support on all people related matters.
Ensuring monitoring of sickness and absence trends are recorded effectively, providing advice and guidance accordingly.
Responding to queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
Working cooperatively with the senior leaders within the business escalating queries as and when required.
Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings.
Supporting project work as and when required.
Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
