Job Description:

This opportunity is great for someone who is passionate about working with others to drive and deliver results. There is a wealth of opportunity for training as well as on the job learning.

This role is to work with some of the biggest brands to onboard them into our unique marketplace platform.

It involves working with stakeholders from the business and technology to deliver the onboarding of a range of brands to time and budget, proactively identifying risks and mitigating actions, escalating to the senior IT and Business stakeholders as appropriate.

You will have experience of managing projects and working with stakeholders from across an organisation at different levels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with brand representatives.
  • Point of contact during and post onoarding for brands and their technical teams
  • Gathering requirements for the onboarding and coordinating across teams to ensure this is delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Checking and correcting data to help onbboard products, checking ASR reports, ad hock support.
  • Ensuring Technology, Business and Partner stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Highlight any risks and mitigating action to key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with teams across Technology and the Business to enable smooth onboarding of partners.
  • Ensuring any documentation and tooling required is updated in a timely fashion
  • Overseeing the daily tasks of delivery teams ensuring all are actively working toward established milestones and deadlines.
  • Owning onboarding workstreams as well as supporting the Partner Onboarding Manager.
  • Seeking continuous improvement opportunities and proactively seeking to implement these.
  • Identifying and managing dependencies across the portfolio, including any touchpoints with the wider IT delivery roadmap.

  • Demonstrable understanding of delivery lifecycle processes, controls, strategies, and methods.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Personal accountability regarding decisionmaking and supervising teams.
  • Experience working in a highlevel collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Proactive in predicting challenges and seek to proactively headoff obstacles.
  • Significant senior stakeholder management experience in a challenging fast paced environment.
  • Experience interfacing with Third Party suppliers.
  • Ability to drive individuals and teams in achieving high performance and quality.
  • Ability to lead project delivery teams in delivering effectively.
  • Be able to motivate, challenge and reward teams.
  • Promote team empowerment through teambuilding techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in delivery.
  • Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution (desirable)
  • Experience working in Retail industry (desirable)
