About Our Client:


Our Peterborough based FMCG client has a strong focus on employee satisfaction which is clear in this team with some team members having been with the business over 30 years.

The company offers a hybrid working model working up to 4 days from home per week.


Customer Service Co-Ordinator will:

  • Process customer orders according to agreed standards.
  • Provide a timely response to customer queries.
  • Achieve, maintain, and improve team and customer Key Performance Indicators.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and period tasks.
  • Build and maintain close relationship with internal customers and third parties
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Support the internal safety culture by adhering to safe working practices
  • Liaise with Internal departments
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentations

The Successful Applicant:


Customer Service Co-Ordinator will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Customer Service best practice.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate collaborative working within a multifunctional team.
  • Delivering to targets.
