Orka Financial is recruiting for a care company based in Surrey.

Our client seeks a Payroll Specialist for a 15 month contract, which would perfectly suit a payroll professional with knowledge of end to end payroll.


Responsibilities

  • Processing new starters
  • Completing end to end payroll, via multiple different payrolls
  • Processing of statutory documentation such as payslips, P45 and P60's
  • Extracting payroll data from software systems (People Planner)
  • Preparing payroll spreadsheets
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • Pension (NEST)
  • Any other payroll related tasks, as and when instructed by the Payroll Manager.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience within payroll,
  • Processing endtoend payroll
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Driver (Essential due to location of office.)
