Assist Resourcing are looking to recruit Assembly Operatives for a leading supplier to the automotive industry, specialising in the design and manufacture of rear lamp lighting to multiple vehicle manufacturers.
You do not need to have previous experience in this type of role, as full training will be given.What does working as an Assembly Operative entail?
The role can be quite repetitive, but it is a fast-paced role so required someone who is able to remain focused and working to the highest of standards.
- Working on the assembly line
- Assembling automotive components
- Working at a fast pace to set standards
- Completing quality checks on products
You must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and have a keen eye for detail whilst under a time constraint.
Working hours for Assembly Operatives:
- Rotating Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 14:00
- 14:00 22:00
- 22:00 06:00
- 37.5 hours a week
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
