Macildowie are absolutely delighted to be working with a
Public-Sectororganisation based in
Mansfield, who are seeking an
HR Coordinatoron a Permanent basis.


This fantastic opportunity is working on-site for 37 hours per week, with 1 day per week working from home and is working within a passionate, dedicated HR team.

The individual will be assisting and there has never been a better time to get into the businessas they look to reinforce their team

  • Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit interviews.
  • Maintain the existing HR database, ensuring personnel files are up to date.
  • Support HR Business Partners on coordinating interviews and posting job adverts.
  • Have a passion for growing their HR career through exposure to new and exciting challenges.
  • Have previous knowledge of HR and working within an admin capacity.
  • Be confident communicating with and assisting a range of stakeholders.
