Description

Our client offers development and longevity within a company that holds over 45 years worldwide experience in supplying Marine, Offshore, Petrochemical and UK Water Industries with contracting services.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, keen, and eager admin apprentice to join their busy, friendly admin team.


Your daily duties will include:

  • General officebased assistance (filing, processing paperwork, administration duties)
  • Complete general packing of contract equipment for dispatch (manual work)
  • Organising and maintaining a clean and safe stores department
  • Liaising with all members of the company and reacting to direct instructions from the Operations/Technical departments
  • Checking records and orders correctly and efficiently
  • Inputting data onto the company's software
  • Getting involved with all five group companies


The role is supported by 20% off the job training and the qualification supporting this role is the apprenticeship Business administration Level 3 standard.


Job Types:
Apprenticeship, Permanent


Salary:
£13,500.00 per year

  • Kettering: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
