The Job - Multi-Trade Operative

We have an opportunity for new multi trade operatives to join us and continue to provide the service that sets us out as an industry leader.

We are looking for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team for carrying out responsive repairs, PPM's and full scale project works on commercial, residential and industrial properties.

The role will include both lone and regular team working.

You will work alongside a long serving management team, where we continue to work for long standing clients of Reactive Zero Two ensuring our operatives can settle in and get to know the customers, and enjoy the work they do.

You will get full daily operational support, job and administration management through our PDA'S and daily schedule management. We manage your systems so that you can focus on providing a fantastic service.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.
Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job.
Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times

You will have

Experience in at least one of these trades, but not limited to; Carpentry and Joinery, plumbing, tiling, rendering, plastering, painting and decorating.
As a company we also carry out ground works repairs, drainage and roofing repairs, so applicants of all skill sets are welcome
Excellent Communication Skills
A full driving license
Ability to work on own or as part of a team
