Your opportunity
- Oversee and provide daytoday troubleshooting and support for the growing user base.
- Working cohesively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Work crossfunctionally and globally to maintain and improve integrations with different systems.
- Collaborate with IT on defining the capabilities and driving the implementation of the required CRM infrastructure.
- Work in close collaboration with Business stakeholders (including other COO teams, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Information Technology, Enterprise Data Management) on all aspects of the CRM customization, testing, rollout, adaptation and ongoing product lifecycle management.
- Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system, working with the EDM team as required.

- Previous Salesforce experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong communication skills along with a customeroriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills that will help to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, information technology, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect.
- Prior work experience in a global, multicultural company.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
