CANDIDATE MANAGER

Location: 22 Bishopsgate, London, we offer 2 days home office and will consider more remote opportunities for highly experienced applicants.

This hire will join an established business, a highly experienced manager, and a warm market with the opportunity to grow new clients within the European region.

This role comes with a very clear career progression plan and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to fast-track a career path within this team and Elemed and help shape our next phase of growth.

This role is perfect If you are currently a recruiter from the same or, a similar technical market and you want to elevate your skills toward executive search.

Ideally, you will have experience recruiting in a European marketplace however, this is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

You will inherit a warm desk and be responsible for nurturing and developing these relationships, with our talent community

- (Creative) Headhunting and market mapping (figuring out who works where and who knows who) to establish yourself as the "go-to" talent scout in your market

Providing interview coaching, general career advice and proposing other Elemed solutions such as Elemed Mentoring Academy to our talent pool
To uphold the company's values and service
CV preparation and own administration
Any other relevant adhoc duties as required by the manager of this team and business

Success - how is the role measured?

Number of placements
New business/development of existing accounts
Exclusive/retained business
Fees generated in comparison to targets
Ratios (CVs to interviews, interviews to placements etc.)
Time to fill
Leads generated
