Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a Business Administration Apprenticeship in our offices based in Team Valley.
You will undertake a variety of business support admin-based tasks in a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
Tasks will include:
- Administrative duties within the Finance and Sales departments
- Assist with maintenance of various systems
- Assist with manning the reception
- Raising purchase orders and booking in jobs when complete
- Taking minutes of meetings and distributing these to the relevant contacts
- Supporting all admin tasks within the business
- Report downloads
- Formatting documentation
- Keeping all data inputting up to date and monitoring this daily
- Working on various projects including improvements

You will achieve Functional Skills Maths and English if not already achieved and will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard during this apprenticeship and will be support via Optimum Skills.

£4.81-£6.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
