Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a Business Administration Apprenticeship in our offices based in Team Valley.


You will undertake a variety of business support admin-based tasks in a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.


Tasks will include:

  • Administrative duties within the Finance and Sales departments
  • Assist with maintenance of various systems
  • Assist with manning the reception
  • Raising purchase orders and booking in jobs when complete
  • Taking minutes of meetings and distributing these to the relevant contacts
  • Supporting all admin tasks within the business
  • Report downloads
  • Formatting documentation
  • Keeping all data inputting up to date and monitoring this daily
  • Working on various projects including improvements

You will achieve Functional Skills Maths and English if not already achieved and will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard during this apprenticeship and will be support via Optimum Skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Salary:
£4.81-£6.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
