An excellent opportunity has arisen from within a long-established and reputable financial advice firm for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their thriving team.

About the role:


This role is one which allows you to make a positive contribution through your support of the team, work consistently and collectively on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced and flourishing office.

You will be interacting with a range of people, from clients,to colleagues, to providers.


Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Assisting the advisers in meetings, aiding on tasks such as factfinds, risk assessments, ongoing reviews, and other adhoc queries/projects.
  • Being a friendly face, greeting clients when they come into the office and ensuring their comfort.
  • Corresponding with investment managers, paraplanners, solicitors, accountants, mortgage brokers, providers, and client.
  • Providing research for the preparation of suitability reports and ordering illustrations.
  • Producing risk reports and ongoing review reports, valuations, and investment analytics.

About you:


You will have experience in administration, ideally in financial services, and be driven to improve, pick up new skills, and deliver excellent service to the firm's clients.


Ideally you will:

  • Have a working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO), accurate data inputting skills and be able to operate investment systems.
  • Have a confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Enjoy working in a team and playing a vital support role that is fundamental to the running of the office.
  • Be able to demonstrate quality administrative skills, with a care for detail and in accordance with FCA regulation.
