Finance Business Partner - hybrid working with a base in Birmingham. Does the below explain what you want to be doing?
You're a true finance business partner, working with senior stakeholders and engaging them in your value add.

You'll be delivering a significant (multi '00s of £m) budget and you'll be balancing spend and return, determining the strategy for the function and delivering on it.

You'll have autonomy and significant opportunities to deliver some highly credible achievements.
You'll be comfortable partnering with the leadership team at a senior level, and delivering initiatives that create value.
You'll be delivering valuable insight into new projects that will make a difference.

Your stakeholders will be the most senior, influential figures in the business and you'll need to have the credibility to shape their thinking.

They aren't all finance, so you'll need to turn complex numerical ideas into an understandable story.

You'll be attending senior leadership team meetings and your voice will be heard in an environment with career progression opportunities, as you'll be building relationships with individuals who make those decisions.


Must haves:

  • Qualified (ideally ACA)
  • A background as a finance business partner
  • Track record

Nice to haves:

  • Strong modelling skills
  • Experience in contract management
