Previous blue
- & white-collar contract recruitment experience would be great, but experienced Salespeople use to fast paced, quick win markets could do well in this role, you will have an involvement in the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placing.


This role would ideally suit someone that is looking to progress in their career over the next couple of years, we have ambitious growth plans and are actively looking for applicants that want to join our journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop new business opportunities via multimedia channels.
  • Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
  • Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.

Skills Required:


  • Proven experience in agency recruitment within the automotive engineering sector is a must
  • Previous leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and skill set requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, clientdriven environment.

Experience

  • Three years in automotive (engineering recruitment preferred)
  • Three years in Recruitment Consultancy

Education

  • A level Equivalent (essential)
  • Business Management (desirable)
  • Degree (desirable)
  • Recruitment consultancy courses (desirable)
