Megalo Recruit are looking for a Qualified *Level 3 Nursery Room Leader* to join one of their nursery settings in Guildford, Surrey GU postcode area.


The hours of work are all year round, either *36, 40, 41 or 45 hours per week,* Monday to Friday on a shift pattern basis, working 4 or 5 days per week.

There is a vacancy in the baby room currently, so experience of leading a team in either of these age groups, is essential.

Good Salary of *between £25,500 pa to £27,500 pa, *depending upon role, experience and qualifications.

Qualifications/Skills required for this *L3 Nursery Room Leader *: -* NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher

  • Good/Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of running a large toddler room is essential
  • Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff
