EYFS Lead


Attention all Early Years Educators A leading primary school in High Wycombe, part of an all-through school, is seeking an experienced EYFS Lead to join their team for an immediate start.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), as well as previous experience ina senior position in an EYFS department is essential for this role.


The school is a leading institution in the local area, catering for all abilities and dedicated to providing the highest quality of education for all its students.


  • Leading and managing the EYFS department, ensuring the highest quality of education and care for our youngest learners.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Providing support and guidance to EYFS staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of EYFS students, and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers, and keeping them informed of their child's progress.
  • Ensuring that all EYFS students receive a safe and inclusive learning environment
The day rate for this position is £140-£19- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to implement it effectively

  • Proven experience in leading and managing an EYFS department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards continuous professional development
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
