Operations and Customer Co-ordinator

Salary:
£24k+ DOE


Hours:
Monday to Friday, Full time working hours


Location:
Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

You will be able to gain responsibility for purchase and sales orders, as well as having the opportunityto assist the UK operations manager.


The Key Duties of the Operations Co-ordinator:

  • Process and proactively manage all purchase and sales orders.
  • Sales Order Processing.
  • Assist UK Operations Manager with logistics operations.
  • Stock Management.
  • Raise, review and act on nonconformities.
  • Compliance with Regulatory and Quality procedures, demonstrating continual supplier improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Adhoc projects as agreed.

The Key Purpose of the Operations Co-ordinator:

  • Progress orders to ensure on time in full (OTIF)
  • First point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Warehouse and Logistics
  • Stock management
  • Complete Nonconformities when required
  • Provide assistance to other departments when required
  • Compliance with applicable quality system requirements such as those of ISO9001, UFAS, GMP and GDP as set forth in written Standard Operating Procedures and/or Work Instructions
  • Purchase order and sales order processing
  • Ad hoc projects
