Description

Nixon McQuade are currently recruiting for a
Credit Controller on behalf of an award winning business based in
Derry/Londonderry.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the department activities.


The Role:


  • Build relationships with customers to encourage timely recovery of payments
  • Check credit ratings
  • Set and monitor credit limits
  • Making Outbound calls for Credit Control
  • Achieving Targets & KPI's for Cash Collections
  • Assisting the customer facing teams.
  • Participating in the weekly debtor review meetings.
  • Processing new sales/contract amendments.
  • Managing the renewals process

The Person:


  • 2 years experience in Credit Control
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
