With offices located in Houston, Miami, Boston, and London, explosive growth has created the need for experienced recruiters in our
London office.

**This role is fully office based Mon

Fri 11:30am 9pm.**You will be working alongside our experienced consultants, helping them deliver a wide range of hiring requirements from our clients which include experience running a full desk and b2b experience.

If you are ambitious and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we'll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop.

No two days are quite the same, but you will be responsible for the following things on a day-to-day basis:

Take control of your own desk and lead your multifamily construction specialty
Opportunities to bring in business and negotiate contracts with equals more opportunities for additional commissions
Promote and enhance the CS culture and core values
Be an integral performer hitting weekly targets
Hands on management of multiple recruitment processes endtoend
Develop relationships with key industry leaders to fully understand the multifamily construction market and become a true expert
Build your career and achieve unlimited personal and professional success
Learn from some of the most successful recruiters and directors in the company
