Your duties in the role of Personal Assistant will include:

  • Administration
  • Assisting the Director
  • Attending meetings
  • Minute taking

To be successful in the role of Personal Assistant you will need:

  • Experience of Administration
  • Secretarial/PA Experience to a Senior Manager
  • Experience of working within a pressurised environment
  • Experience of maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work with pace, energy and resilience
  • Great with IT
  • Minute Taking experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to work evenings if required


This is a full time Hybrid, temporary role working until at least February, working hours will typically be 09.00am pm.

On an hourly rate of £15.04 plus holiday pay.
