I am currently recruiting for a Painter & Decorator to join a West of Essex based contractor on an ongoing basis.

A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out for the successful Operative. My client is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator with experience in social housing.


This is a great chance for a Painter & Decorator join a growing repairs and maintenance team with long term opportunities.


You will be required to:

  • Complete Painting & Decorating works within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
  • Be customer focused
  • Be a qualified Painter & Decorator
  • Have social housing experience

Pay Rate:
- £18.00p/h (umbrella rate)


Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

You will be supplied with:

  • A van
  • Fuel card
  • PDA System
