Area Sales Manager in the HVAC sector.


The Role:

Outstanding opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join a market leading product designer, manufacturer, and supplier in the HVAC sector.

Area Sales Managers are responsible for selling a range of ventilation products includingextractors, positive input ventilation units, heat recovery ventilation units, mechanical extract ventilation units and more A key objective will be to drive sales, sales growth and market share growth through developing existing accounts and winning newbusiness within the distribution division.

This Area Sales Manager role covers the North West of England and the surrounding area.


Requirements:
To be considered for the Area Sales Manager role you must have:

  • 2 years or more of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling within the construction sector.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Good level of communication skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and as a team.
  • Care for the delivery of service levels.
  • Buy into company values.

The Package for Area Sales Manager:


  • Basic: £37.5k
  • Bonus /

OTE:
Uncapped. £12.5k expected year - Car: Company car provided. Hybrid and electric options available.

  • Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays which increases to 24 after 1 year of service. An additional day is rewarded for each extra year thereafter, up to a maximum of 27 days. There is also the opportunity to buy more or sell days of your holiday allowance.
