Description

One of Scotland's' oldest Hotels is looking to strengthen the existing team giving TLC to this much loved Hotel in Inverness, Capital of the Highlands of Scotland.

May also be ideal for semi-retired/retired persons, all ages please feel free to apply.

Duties to include general maintenance, (plumbing or electrical experience advantageous) meals whilst on duty Work Pension scheme available


365 day operation and you would be expected to work 5 from 7 on rota basis as well as emergency cover where required.

Duties:


  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in Historical property
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Repair or replace faulty electrical components, plumbing fixtures
  • Perform other general maintenance person tasks

Requirements:


  • Proficient in maintaining and repairing as required
  • Knowledge of electrical systems an advantage
  • Knowledge of plumbing an advantage
