Supply Teachers required for primary school across Leeds.

We're continuously looking for good supply teachers to support our schools across West Yorkshire.

Are you thinking you'd like more flexibility in your teaching careers? Relocating to the area? Maybe looking to take a step back whilst keeping your toes dipped in? An NQT looking for their first steps in a teaching career?

Supply teaching may be for you

  • Primary Teachers/Cover Supervisors/HLTA's
  • Supply work (full and part time)
  • Dewsbury/Batley
  • EYFS, KS1, KS2, PPA Cover
- £130-£160 per day

We've built some fantastic relationships with schools across West Yorkshire based on our honest approach.

We work with a number of schools in the local areas and we're always interested in speaking to teachers/cover supervisors/higher level teaching assistantswho may be looking for flexible working hours.


The great thing about supply is you can choose when you work, so if you're looking for part time or full time, supply is a good option.

It's also good if you're returning to teaching after a little bit of time out or a Newly Qualified wanting to experiencedifferent environments, to know what type of school you'd like to work in.


We work with a variety of schools who offer both full and part time work, daily supply and also work with them to assist with longer term supply positions.


Teacher Requirements/Information:


Being a supply teacher you do need to be flexible in terms of where you travel to and will need to be willing to travel up to 1 hour and have the flexibility to work within different classes.


As a supply teacher you require the ability to form relationships with schools and pupils quickly and be able to adapt to differing circumstances.

Being able to use your initiative is key, this is due to working off another teacher's lesson plans and workingin a mixture of schools and areas.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION

  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have legal right to work in the UK
  • You must be willing to attend a registration interview
Veritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area.

We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
