Job Purpose:

To provide the highest level of VIP customer service to passengers, crews and guests at all times.

To work in the Operations Department, delivering all associated services; ensuring all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner.

What you'll be doing:

You will slot monitor ALL inbound and outbound flights regarding the regulations of operating at a level III coordinated airport.

You will also be responsible for updating aircraft flight plans (on request).

The role involves listening out on the "Tower" radio to call all inbound flights - call Sig One, CSR's and Ramp etc.

Provide weather information and basic flight planning services to our customers.

Fully converse with the CFMU system, LLA Chroma Fusion system, Online Coordination internet system and Signature FBO Management system & Signet.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

You should have a checkable five-year employment history as well as a full and clean driving license.

Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern & a willingness to work occasional overtime (particularly in busy periods) is highly desirable.
