Our client has an exciting opportunity for aCustomer Service Administrator to join their team in Thame, Oxfordshire. Working on a full-time, permanent basis.
Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with the ability to work from home 1 day a week after probation.
Key tasks
You will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting in authorisation of claims.
- Ensuring engineers are kept up to date with relevant information.
Skills and Experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Confidence telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative way with others
- Technical knowledge of vehicles will be advantageous but not essential
