Customer Service Advisor and Administrator with Website ExperienceLocation:
Office and some home working - Speke, Liverpool
Position:
Full Time, Permanent.
Remuneration:
£27k - £30k Plus incentives, bonus.
Laptop and Phone provided.
A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for another ambitious and hard-working individual to join our team. You should be able to provide flexible working between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Contracted hours will be 40 hours per week spread across the working week, with most hours worked Monday to Friday however there may be a need to work a few hours in the evenings and over the weekend dependent upon customer needs and activity levels (this would be from home).

Your job role will include the following:
Taking customer calls via phone and website contact forms
Resolving customer queries regarding product, deliveries and returns
Processing online orders and producing supplier purchase orders
Placing draft orders for individuals who require technical support
Monitoring and updating delivery tracking information from suppliers
On-Site assistance to resolve returns issues - as required
On-Site assistance with Embroidery and Branding samples - as required
Loading new product images and specifications
Producing landing pages and promotional material
Experience:
You should have
provable experience of customer service & website administration over the past 1 to 2 years.
An understanding of corporate clothing and uniforms is not essential but would be beneficial.
