The Role:


  • Working as part of the Contract Administration team in administering, processing, and managing Financial Services contracts.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Check signed contract documents / approve invoice and delivery of equipment per Supply Schedules to Order Processing
  • Creating / Amending / Extending / Terminating JFS Contracts in SAP
  • Creation of UE Hire Contracts in SAP on behalf of JH UK
  • Creation of Contract Extension Letters as requested by Sales and RPI Rental Increase Letters to Customers in conjunction with Customer Service
  • Prepare Early Termination Quotes to Sales
  • Contact customers where required to ascertain correct Purchase Order numbers are applied to the contracts (where applicable / required) to avoid payment delay, working with Credit Control.
  • Answer queries from Internal / External customers (e.g. Fleet Lists / Insurance Values / Copies of Contracts / Invoice or Contract queries)
  • Archive and scan digital copies of contracts and other important documents into each Fleet Hire Agreement in SAP.


In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Head of Financial Services.


Person Requirements:


Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • IT literate, good knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook / Excel / Word)
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Experience in Contract Administration
