Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team.

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your expertise in HACCP and Quality Assurance will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with FMCG standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and assist with Audits and inspections on sites.
  • Analyse production processes to identify potential risks or inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with Multi Sites to develop and implement actions
  • Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Monitor product testing and evaluation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Investigate customer complaints or product issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions

Requirements:


  • Experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and quality control
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good Computer Literate skills
