About the Role

With no sales targets and a Monday to Friday pattern you will be one of the main points of contact within the Team.
About the Person
- Proven record of motivating & managing a Team.
- Strong digital skills & experience of using digital & social media in Customer Contact environments an advantage.
- Handling Customer complaints.
- Monitoring & quality checking to ensure residents are receiving the best possible service.
- Be organised and able to plan your time effectively.
- Confident & clear communication skills including written, verbal and IT skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities.
- Logical and practical approach to problem solving.
