FREE CLASS 2 TRAINING FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES
You will be going out in a LGV truck with a professional driver and another loader.

You will be traveling to houses in the Bath and North East Somerset council area's and collecting the recycling bins and bags, sorting them at the side of the truck into the correct section of the lorry.

Each member of the team is allocated to an area to cover each day of the week. The work is active and involves bending, lifting, and carrying the recycling bins.


We have a role of starting off as a refuse loader and then putting a training programme in place to go on to be a class 2 driver, depending on the intent of a long-term role and the consistency of attendance.


Duties Include:


  • Picking up the recycling bins from the curb side
  • Helping to unload the waste at designated facilities
  • You must have an upbeat physical approach to work, be physically fit and able to walk for several miles per day.
  • You must be able to work as part of a team.
  • You would work outdoors in all weather conditions


You will be going back and forth to the depot a few times to tip and then go back out again.


Working hours would be between 6:00am to 7am start and 3:30pm finish, Monday to Friday.

£11.81 an hour - payed weekly
