Are you a confident and enthusiastic HR Administrator looking for a new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a HR Administrator to work with one of our well-established clients based in Milton Keynes.
Principle Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:
- Conduct inductions for new starters
- Maintain personnel files
- Data entry using spreadsheets
- Support the HR Advisor with recruitment
- Support L&D with recruitment for grad programmes and apprenticeships
- Run the work experience programme
- Produce access door cards for new and current staff
- Maintain the intranet
- Update the company website with vacancies
- Employee relations outcome letters
- Reference responses
- Other general administration
Person specification for the HR Administrator:
- Have a can-do attitude
- CIPD level 3 or above
- Previous experience in a HR roles
- High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft
- Well organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
HR Administrator position, working Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30.
