Are you a confident and enthusiastic HR Administrator looking for a new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a HR Administrator to work with one of our well-established clients based in Milton Keynes.

Principle Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:

  • Conduct inductions for new starters
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Data entry using spreadsheets
  • Support the HR Advisor with recruitment
  • Support L&D with recruitment for grad programmes and apprenticeships
  • Run the work experience programme
  • Produce access door cards for new and current staff
  • Maintain the intranet
  • Update the company website with vacancies
  • Employee relations outcome letters
  • Reference responses
  • Other general administration

Person specification for the HR Administrator:

  • Have a can-do attitude
  • CIPD level 3 or above
  • Previous experience in a HR roles
  • High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft
  • Well organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
This is a full-time permanent
HR Administrator position, working Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30.
