Description
We have a position available for a Receptionist/Office Administrator at our Washington office in The Galleries.

Role will undertake reception and administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

To assist in the smooth running of the practice by providing a range of support services within the general office function.

The tasks of the
receptionist/office administrator will include (but are not limited to):

  • Taking accurate messages where required and passing them on promptly
  • Scanning incoming post and generally
  • Giving quotes for conveyancing matters (full training will be given)
  • First point of contact for reception and enquiries
  • Greeting clients & dealing with initial enquiries
  • Making appointments
  • Providing refreshments
  • Photocopying
  • Shredding
  • Ensuring office supplies are kept updated
  • Ensuring staff refreshments are kept updated
  • Using the Case Management System to open files (full user training will be provided)
  • Prepare post for despatch (franking mail)
  • Deliver post to post office (including dealing with special and recorded deliveries)

Attributes required:

  • Must be presentable, IT literate and experience in Outlook/Microsoft Office, Excellent telephone manner, good standard of English, team player.
