HR Administrator - West Drayton, United Kingdom - Parkside Office Professional

Amazing opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a market leader in their industry.The role is office based 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with current legal legislation and agreements
- Managing new starter, leaver and transfers processes end to end including advertising vacancies, conducting initial interviews, writing job descriptions, contracts and offer letters, collecting references, collecting right to work documentation and arrangingexit interviews
- Managing the full onboarding process
- Assisting and administrating Learning and Development requirements
- Monthly reporting
- Administrating the payroll
- Administrating the pension scheme
- Managing sick absence
- Providing administration for current employee benefits
- Responsible for assisting with the organisation of corporate social events.
- Managing the appraisal process, including collection of all appraisals and escalating concerns and issues as necessary
- Ensuring all HR databases are maintained accurately, and access rights are granted accordingly
- Responsible for assisting with redundancy process including creating reports, writing termination letters, and calculating redundancy payments
- Arranging internships, work experience and secondments
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process, researching, sourcing and contacting agencies, building relationships with recruiters, and managing the entire process from shortlisting CV'sending to hiring managers, arranging interviews and notetaking
- Providing support to the Facilities, Fleet, IT department and Office Workplace Solutions as and when required.
Skills:
- HR Administration experience ideally
- MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and highly accurate
