The University of Central Lancashire wishes to recruit an International Admissions Officer to join the Clinical International Admissions Team who provide support to international applicants, education agents and partner institutions.

The post holder will deliver a first class admissions service for the University's international applicants, offering professional advice directly to applicants, and/or their representatives, whilst ensuring quality and standards are maintained.

Joining our friendly and welcoming team, we are looking for a motivated and positive colleague who can deliver a professional and efficient service, with a genuine interest in and understanding of Higher Education admissions in the UK as well as the issues currently facing international admissions.

Experience of working in a busy sales/targets environment and customer service/customer care experience is essential.

The successful applicants will have A levels or equivalent experience/experiential learning and ideally possess demonstrable admissions experience, with a view to further utilise their skills and expertise in this area.

Excellent IT skills, including the ability to work with sets of data and interpret the results are core requirements for this post.

The successful applicant must also have the ability to cope with shifting and demanding priorities and possess excellent stakeholder management skills to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels within and external to the organisation.

Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.
