JOB TITLE:
Project Coordination Administrator


JOB TYPE:
Permanent


SALARY:
£22,000 - £25,000


HOURS:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm


LOCATION:
Aylesford

DUTIES:


  • Administrative support for a team of 8 colleagues
  • Raising all incoming orders on the system for the team
  • Updating the existing work records with customer order details
  • Ensuring all job completion reports are logged on the system
  • Submitting invoices to clients
  • Work closely with Account Coordinators and offer support during absence and sickness

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process driven
  • Organised and proactive
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a fastpaced role previously
  • Experience within the Construction / Engineering industry is desired but isn't essential
