Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

DUTIES:
- Administrative support for a team of 8 colleagues
- Raising all incoming orders on the system for the team
- Updating the existing work records with customer order details
- Ensuring all job completion reports are logged on the system
- Submitting invoices to clients
- Work closely with Account Coordinators and offer support during absence and sickness
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent communication skills
- Process driven
- Organised and proactive
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fastpaced role previously
- Experience within the Construction / Engineering industry is desired but isn't essential
