Stock Exchange Hotel is located within the heart of central Manchester. Positioned on Norfolk Street in between Market Street and King Street

With a dedicated, highly knowledgeable and experienced team, the Stock Exchange Hotel is committed to curating unique experiences and quality service in an exquisite setting.

We are lookig for a dymanic Receptionist to join our fabulous Front Office team at the Stock Exchange Hotel.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Warmly greet guests and assist with checkin.
  • Provide meticulous guest service.
  • Assist with reservations and handle inquiries.
  • Ensure cleanliness of guest areas.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Address complaints efficiently and report feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Adhere to policies and emergency procedures.
  • Support and respect team members.
  • Foster teamwork and uphold company values.
  • Actively participate in meetings.
  • Assist team members with tasks.
  • Listen to and engage with team respectfully.
