Field Service Engineer - IT and EPOS equipment


Looking for a confident computer hardware repair person with a full driving licence to train to support mostly the IT and EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale / Tills systems) in a variety of retail clients stores.


This role is to cover around mainly the West / North West of London area ideally living in or near the TW, UB, HA, W or NW Postcodes.


The role will involve travelling to customer sites in the company vehicle and mostly replacing faulty hardware in the stores.


The role requires you to cover the clients shop opening hours, they do this on a 2 shift system on a 45 hour week.

Days hour lunch break.
Lates hour lunch break.


Days are 5 out of 7, Week 1 of Mon - Fri, then Week 2, Saturday plus 4 other days.

On Call is 1 week in 4.

Package on offer will exceed
£30000 per annum + overtime:

Made up of a basic salary £ £1500 in On Call, and a productivity job completion bonus on every service call attended that will add £3000+ per annum.

Fully expensed company vehicle with personal use (car or van).
22 days holiday.
Pension.


Applicants for this role must hold a full drivers licence, have no issues passing a DBS check and have previous experience in a Technical IT Support type role involving hardware.
