HR and Payroll Systems Administrator

£30,000

Norwich

37 hours per week


Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a HR and Payroll Systems Administrator to join our Groups HR department based at our Head Office in Norwich.

The role is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


The Role:


Project One is the start of our new core system being implemented that will be a vital part of the support services function, this will improve the functionality and quality of all internal processes for HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and IT.


As the Systems Administrator
, you will be responsible for providing a combination of administrative tasks supporting Project One, you will provide guidance on the use of the system to Norse Superusers and system optimisation.

You will need to attend project work shops to keep up to date and gain an overview of the HR and Payroll system being implemented.

Other duties will include;

  • Supporting with data collection and cleaning
  • Maintain market knowledge of HR and Payroll system including the project development
  • Raise escalation issues from superusers and registering issues with customer support
  • Supporting the development and delivery of end user training including the HR community.
  • Proven experience within a similar administration systems role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience successfully working on projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse and present a wide range of data management
  • Ability to work effectively within fast paced environment
