The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator

  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with financial data entry
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Process expense reports and purchase orders
  • Record keeping
  • Reconcile credit card transactions
  • Support & assist with month and year end processes
  • Assist with budgeting / forecasting
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed
  • Adhoc accounts administration support

Requirements of the Accounts Administrator

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting software and basic accounting principles
