Pertemps Crawley are working on behalf of a fit-out contractor offering a 360o service that covers all aspect of design, build and maintaining bespoke commercial units.

Due to organic growth, from a small family run business into one of the markets leading companies, they are now looking for someone who is looking to break into a projects career and fill a
Projects Administratorrole.

Access to your own vehicle is essential due to location, parking provided.
The role

  • Providing backoffice support to 3 Project Managers from conception to completion
  • Typing up term agreements for Clients
  • Ensuring correct documentation, health and safety and site planning throughout
  • Mange relationships with third party contractors
  • Measure project performance
  • Maintain contracts with Clients
  • Completing reports for both Project Managers and Clients after site meetings
The Person

  • Strong background in Administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Solid organisation and multitasking skills
  • Works well under pressure in terms of if something does not go to plan, can react effectively
  • IT literate especially in use of Excel
  • Knowledge in health and safety and site compliance is desirable
  • No previous experience or knowledge in construction is necessary but would be preferential
The Package

  • Monday
  • Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
- £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

  • 20 days holiday (Increasing by 1 each year to 25) + bank holidays
  • Office based in Horsham
