We are working in partnership with a well-established, values led professional services organisation who are looking for an experienced, driven and proactive Learning & Development Advisor to join the team.


Joining an engaging and successful HR team, reporting to the Head of HR, your role will be varied and key to the success of the organisation.

Working with the Head of HR, you will help to ensure the success of the internal Development Academy, supportingthe career development of aspiring individuals keen to take the next step on the ladder.

Your planning and organising skills will be essential to the smooth running of the L&D programme, ensuring that the right opportunities for development are presented tothe most suitable employees and that the learning is engaging and relevant.
