The Harley Street Wellbeing Centre is a Priory Healthcare outpatient service conveniently located in the heart of the London's private medical district.
We are keen to develop our teams and opportunities for training and progression will become available to support our colleagues career aspirations.
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our support team at the Wellbeing Centre.
The primary function of this role is to complete the site's administrative tasks and all day to day activities associated with it.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Handling client referral pathways
- Liaising with psychiatric consultants and psychotherapists.
- Clients regarding referrals and appointments
- Client billing
- Site Open/Close
- Front of House duties
- Keep the office clean and tidy
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- A great team player and ability to work independently with own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner.
The post holder will be required to work on site and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
