Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
Do you want to join a friendly and inclusive HR team that put people at the centre of everything they do?
What is the role?

  • Deliver operational HR, including but not limited to, supporting family friendly processes, flexible working models, sickness and absence management and, new starters and leavers.
  • Coaching and guiding managers on policies and processes.
  • Assisting the Payroll and Benefits Manager in processing payroll changes in the system.
  • Manage employee relation cases alongside line managers, conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, where necessary, in a timely manner.
  • Supporting on project work as required.
  • Qualified to CIPD level 3 or
  • Excellence interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationship throughout the business
  • Experience working with an Advisory role
