My client, an easily recognisable retail brand based in West Reading are currently recruiting for a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to develop and execute customer acquisition strategy with a particular focus on digital channels.


  • Deliver customer acquisition targets and ROI for multiple business units and brands.
  • Develop and execute customer recruitment plan across paid search, paid display, paid and organic social, affiliates, cardlinked offers, direct mail, inserts and other media as appropriate.
  • Use modelling techniques to test and optimise marketing effectiveness and budget expenditure.
  • Test and develop trackable, measurable acquisition promotions, that balance response, ROI and longterm value, while being clear and easy to communicate and are consistent with the overall brand values.
  • Ensure brand integrity is maintained across various routes to market.
  • Work closely with Business Partners to maximise customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage external agencies and supplier relationships.
  • Lead, motivate and engage a team of six.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues in US and Australia to share lessons and best practice.
