Customer Service Advisor
Huntingdon

Full Time, Permanent


Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - Between 8am & 6pm, Shift - 8am - 4.30pm, Shift two 9.

30am - 6pm (mixture of both)

£20,500

Skills Required:

  • Strong focus on delivering the very best customer service at all times
  • Effective communicator with a great telephone manger and the ability to build rapport
  • IT skills updating the database with relevant
  • Team player

Main Duties:

  • Providing efficient and accurate support to policy holders
  • Accurate message taking
  • Basic administration duties relating to the initial call recording the nature of the claim
  • Forwarding relevant internal paperwork
  • Updating customer records
