Role


Co-operate with crafts persons of several trades in order to efficiently complete wide range of routine maintenance and minor repair work.

Complete vehicle movements and material collections

Main Tasks

  • Assist skilled tradesmen to carry out their duties
  • Perform minor tasks in the electrical, mechanical and carpentry fields
  • Carry out driving duties
Deliver customers vehicles

Collect material from suppliers

  • Carry out routine pre planned work
Skills/Experience

  • Good knowledge of the techniques and terminology used in the operation of mechanical equipment;
  • Ability to operate a variety of mechanical equipment;
  • Ability to follow oral or written instructions; ability to work alone or with others;
  • Ability to learn new work quickly;
  • Manual dexterity;
  • Overall good physical condition commensurate with duties required.
Driving licence


Salary:
£11.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
