Call Handler - Inbound

Monday to Friday Office Hours


Role:


  • First point of contact for customers calling in
  • Resolving complaints from customers
  • Helping customers who are struggling
  • Taking payments/setting up direct debits
  • Providing a firstclass customer service
  • Working on the phone/computer

Skills
