Description
Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses
- Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
- Creation of Purchase orders is a daily task in this role
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
