6-month Fixed Term Contract | c£60,0000 | Swindon/hybrid working
Our Financial Services client is embarking on a key programme focused on delivering for their most vulnerable customers.

We're assisting our client to mobilise a proven Project Manager who will work as part of a regulatory compliance programme's core team,project managing one of the key projects within the programme.

The key outcomes you will need to deliver are:

Successful project delivery within time cost and quality parameters
Project plans in place with ongoing tracking
Early escalation to sponsor of risk, issues and budget challenges as soon as they arise

Your role will include:

Lead on the build and delivery of transformational change projects, focused on external customers
Use standard methodologies to produce and actively manage project plans
Actively manage project resources, costs, risks, issues, actions and dependencies
Support all transformation activity undertaken with robust communications planning to ensure that engagement levels remain strong throughout the lifecycle of the transformation being delivered
Facilitate regular steering committee / stakeholder updates
Work with wider business and IT teams to oversee transition to 'business as usual' process
At the end of any project carry out and document lessons learned review
Work very closely with IT work stream lead in relation to technology change requirements
